So for me today the day started at something like 5 in the
morning. We spent the night in Junction and did a 5K breast cancer run at 7 in
the morning. I haven't even showered since then...I want to do that, but I did
say that I would email you today so here you go, I should have some more
substantial email material on Monday.

I Should be writing emails tomorrow after we run to Ochi to
help out some elders. So it will be in the afternoon. We have been busy
proselyting and a lot of things have changed since I first came here.
I will explain better later.
